Who we are
Infinaut Solutions LLC (Infinaut Solutions) is incorporated in Delaware, United States, with principal operations in Scottsdale, Arizona. Our primary market is the United States, and we may work with businesses elsewhere when opportunities arise.
This notice covers our website, business inquiries, prospecting and outreach, scheduling, and initial business communications. Work involving client systems or data is addressed separately in the relevant engagement terms. Our services are directed to business users, not children.
Information you provide
We collect the information you choose to share, such as your name, business contact details, business name, website, meeting preferences, and information about your goals or challenges. We may keep correspondence and meeting notes to support our work with you. Please do not include passwords, payment information, confidential client records or sensitive personal information in an initial inquiry.
If we offer meeting recording or transcription, we will explain it before it begins and obtain consent where required.
Business research and prospecting
We may obtain business-related information from company websites, public business directories, professional profiles, referrals, and business contact or research providers. This may include professional contact details, employer, role, industry, business location and publicly available information about a business’s services or needs.
We use this information to identify businesses that may benefit from our services, assess the relevance of an introduction, and prepare business outreach. You can ask about the source of your information or ask us to stop marketing to you.
How we use information, AI and automation
We use information to respond to inquiries, arrange conversations, understand business goals, prepare assessments, discuss engagements, conduct relevant business outreach, maintain records and protect our services. Requesting an assessment does not automatically enroll you in a newsletter.
We may use AI and automation to research businesses, organize and prioritize inquiries or prospects, prepare or send outreach, summarize correspondence or meeting notes, and assist with privacy requests. Infinaut remains responsible for these activities and for handling your requests. You may request human review of a privacy-request response.
Outreach and your choices
We may contact business prospects about relevant Infinaut services, including through automated email workflows. To stop marketing emails, use the unsubscribe option provided, reply asking us to stop, or contact privacy@infinautsolutions.com. We honor email opt-out requests within 10 business days, and sooner where practicable.
An opt-out does not prevent us from responding to a request you make or sending non-marketing messages needed for an existing engagement. We retain a limited record of marketing preferences so that an opted-out contact is not added back to outreach.
Service providers and sharing
We use service providers for website hosting and security, business email and scheduling, contact and document storage, business research, communications delivery, and AI-assisted processing or automation. They receive information needed to perform these functions for us. This can include assisting with Infinaut’s own business outreach.
We do not sell personal information or share it for targeted advertising. We do not provide inquiry or meeting information to providers for their own marketing. We may disclose information where required by law or where necessary to protect legal rights and the security of our services.
How long we keep information
We review inactive inquiry and prospect records quarterly. We generally delete or anonymize records after 12 months without a substantive interaction or another documented business need. Records for an active conversation or engagement may be kept for as long as needed to manage that relationship.
We may retain information longer for accounting, legal obligations, disputes or security needs. We keep only the limited information needed to honor an opt-out for as long as needed to prevent further marketing contact. Deletion from backups follows their applicable retention and replacement cycles.
Where information is processed
Infinaut operates from the United States. Depending on the services used, our providers may process information in the United States or other countries. We consider access controls, processing terms and data handling when selecting services, and apply any transfer safeguards required by applicable law.
Questions and privacy requests
Contact privacy@infinautsolutions.com with privacy questions or requests. Depending on applicable law, you may have rights to access, correct or delete personal information, obtain a copy, or object to or restrict certain uses. You can request that we stop marketing to you regardless of whether a particular privacy law applies.
We may need to verify your identity before providing or changing personal information. We ask only for information reasonably needed to verify and process a request; please do not email passwords or sensitive identity documents unless we arrange a suitable method. We respond within applicable legal timeframes.
If you disagree with our response, reply or email us requesting a review or appeal, and a person will review it. Where applicable, you may also complain to the relevant privacy regulator. We do not discriminate against people for exercising applicable privacy rights.
