How we help

Where is your business
ready for more?

More opportunity. More capacity. More capability. We implement AI and automation around the business goals that matter, with the systems, products and staff support to make them useful.

01 / Growth & sales systems

We need more leads—and a better way to turn them into sales.

Implement AI-assisted lead qualification, inquiry routing and CRM workflows. Prepare relevant follow-up and give sales teams the context to act on opportunities faster.

See an AI application

Put your best opportunities first.

  • Find the right prospects. Use AI to research competitors and the market, identify potential customers, and spot signals that a business may need what you offer.
  • Make outreach easier. Draft personalized emails, automate approved follow-up sequences, and summarize incoming inquiries so no opportunity gets buried.
  • Focus on the leads worth pursuing. Score opportunities by fit, potential value and signs of buying intent. Give owners and sales teams a prioritized list and the context to move each conversation forward.

What it makes possible
Spend less time searching and sorting—and more time nurturing the opportunities most likely to become valuable business.

For example: help a home-services company identify property managers to approach, prepare relevant outreach and prioritize replies that match its service area and capacity.

02 / Marketing & competitive positioning

We need stronger marketing and a clearer reason to choose us.

Strengthen marketing strategy, campaigns, branding and awareness. Use AI-assisted competitive research, customer insight, on-brand content workflows and campaign analysis to sharpen your position.

See an AI application

Turn market insight into campaigns that improve.

  • Find a reason to choose you. Analyze competitors’ offers, customer reviews and market gaps. Use AI to turn that research into stronger positioning, offers and on-brand campaign ideas.
  • Run campaigns with less manual work. Create audience-specific content and automate approved email, social and repeat-customer campaigns across connected tools.
  • Learn from the response. Use AI to analyze campaign results, compare messages and audiences, and recommend changes to targeting, timing and content for the next test.

What it makes possible
Make your business easier to notice and choose, while directing effort toward the marketing that brings useful inquiries and repeat customers.

For example: help a coffee shop identify an underserved local audience, launch a targeted offer and refine it using actual visits, redemptions and customer feedback.

03 / Operations & scalability

Growth is stretching our staff and our systems.

Run a growing business with less manual work. Connect bookkeeping, inventory, purchasing and scheduling with AI and automation so your team spends less time chasing invoices, supplies and updates—and more time serving customers.

See an AI application

Take the repetitive work out of running the business.

  • Keep bookkeeping moving. Use AI to suggest expense categories, match receipts and invoices to transactions, and flag duplicates or discrepancies for review. Automate overdue-invoice reminders.
  • Stay ahead of stock and supplies. Combine sales, stock levels and supplier lead times. Use AI-assisted demand estimates to recommend replenishment and prepare purchase orders for approval.
  • Coordinate the day’s work. Turn bookings and job updates into suggested staffing plans, task lists and customer updates. Flag scheduling clashes, missing supplies and delays before they create more work.

What it makes possible
Less time chasing invoices, supplies and handoffs. More time serving customers and managing growth.

For example: help a food business turn upcoming bookings and sales history into a prep list and suggested order quantities, with the owner reviewing purchases.

04 / Product design & development

We need products that do more for us and our users.

Build tools that help your team handle more work, give customers easier ways to book, order and get support, or create software you can sell. Put AI to work inside products designed around your business.

See an AI application

Build tools your team and customers will actually use.

  • A work-planning tool for your team. Bring bookings, staff availability, routes and supplies into one workspace. Add AI to summarize job needs, suggest assignments and flag missing parts or timing conflicts.
  • A booking or ordering product for customers. Let customers describe a need, find an available service or product, book or order, and track progress. AI can clarify requests and answer questions using your service and order information.
  • A specialist product you can sell. Turn a repeatable process into software for your market—for example, a procurement portal that compares supplier quotes and uses AI to explain tradeoffs.

What it makes possible
Handle more work through useful software, give customers a simpler experience, or create a new product offering.

For example: a service company’s customer portal connects booking and job status with an internal dispatch tool, reducing back-and-forth for both customers and staff.

05 / Data & business performance

We have the numbers. We need clearer decisions.

Turn disconnected business data into a clearer path to growth. Bring sales, costs, customer activity and feedback together, then use AI to uncover buying patterns, new opportunities, avoidable costs and the issues holding your business back.

See an AI application

See the opportunities hidden between your systems.

  • Bring the business into one view. Connect sales, marketing, accounting, inventory, booking and customer-feedback data. Match records so customers, products and costs tell a consistent story.
  • Find patterns worth acting on. Use AI to surface repeat-purchase patterns, underserved customer needs, product or service opportunities, and recurring reasons for praise or complaints.
  • Spot where to save or grow. Highlight rising costs, slow-moving stock, work delays and untapped demand. Get a plain-language explanation of the evidence and suggested next steps.

What it makes possible
Know where to focus: which customers to nurture, what to offer next, what is hurting satisfaction and where the business is losing time or money.

For example: connect a restaurant’s orders, ingredient costs and feedback to investigate which menu items drive repeat visits and which create waste or complaints.

06 / AI enablement & training

We need our people to put AI to work confidently.

Give your people the skills and tools to make AI part of everyday work. Equip each role to prepare quotes, support customers and solve routine problems faster—with practical training, reusable workflows and ongoing support.

See an AI application

Make AI useful in the work your people already do.

  • Give each role a practical starting point. Configure assistants around real tasks: preparing a quote, answering a customer question, planning a campaign or finding an operating procedure.
  • Practice on everyday work. Train staff with realistic examples from their role. Show them how to supply context, check an answer and recognize when a person needs to decide.
  • Make good habits repeatable. Create reusable instructions, shared workflows and a clear owner for improvements. Support staff as the work and tools change.

What it makes possible
Help staff use AI confidently and consistently, with less trial and error and less dependence on one experienced person.

For example: equip front-desk staff with an assistant grounded in the business’s service information, then practice answering common questions and handling exceptions.

Frequently asked questions

Before we begin.

A clear starting point for working together.

Have another question? Let’s talk ↗
Who do you work with?

We help tech companies and small businesses, including food and hospitality, home and field services, and owner-operated businesses. Our work is for companies that want to improve how they operate, create new products or build the capabilities to grow.

What’s included in the free assessment?

We start with a 30-minute conversation about your business. You’ll then receive a short written assessment of the strongest opportunities, recommended priorities and a practical next step. Detailed solution design and implementation are scoped separately if you choose to move forward.

Do we need to replace our existing systems?

Not necessarily. We start with the tools and processes you already use, then recommend what to improve, connect or replace based on your goals. We apply AI and automation where they can solve a useful business problem.

Can you build a custom product for us?

Yes. We design and build internal tools for your team, customer-facing products and commercial software you can offer to others. The work starts with the people using the product, the problem it needs to solve and the business result you want.

Will you train our team and provide support?

Yes. Training and support can be included so your people can use new systems confidently. We agree on what your team needs and the level of ongoing support as part of the engagement.

How are paid engagements scoped and priced?

After the free assessment, we agree on the scope, deliverables and price before paid work begins. Pricing depends on the work involved, including implementation, product development and support. There’s no obligation to move forward after the assessment.
